INTRODUCTION
The HAIBUHR platform was created out of the need for an easy-to-use website for anyone; it is always developed with the idea that it should be intuitive, usable, and accessible on all types of electronic devices (desktop computers, laptops, cell phones, and tablets of any brand).
The idea was conceived at the end of 2020 and, with its launch in October 2021, it has the following purpose:
To maintain accurate control of recruitment processes. Archive files of hired, in-pipeline, and discarded candidates. Be able to request another company to evaluate candidates so that the HAIBUHR user can continue their main activities without setbacks.
In subsequent stages, HAIBUHR will also serve companies to:
Manage work teams. Make available internal work resources (documents, templates). Hear opinions, comments, and suggestions from workers. Integrate new workers and facilitate employee exits. Initially, HAIBUHR is designed to help talent attraction teams stay communicated and aligned with internal processes. It constitutes a valuable tool for the company, as different areas use it to communicate.
The HAIBUJOBS platform was created to generate traffic from candidates to HAIBUHR users, benefiting recruiters, companies posting their jobs, and candidates looking for various offers.

ARCO Rights, Revocation of Consent
To initiate the ARCO Rights request process (Right of Access, Rectification, Cancellation, or Opposition to your Personal Data) or to revoke your consent to the processing of your Personal Data, you can do so through the following mechanisms:
a) Our email address: contacto@HAIBUHR.com, where you must specify the request for the ARCO rights you wish to apply, in addition to including official information that validates your identity. You will then receive a request number for follow-up. b) By means of a written document addressed to the Privacy Office.
RIGHTS
The HAIBUHR platform has been developed to streamline and maintain the order of recruitment processes for companies, whether they are micro, small, medium, or large, as well as for independent professionals. Therefore, as a user, you must have specific knowledge for the performance of recruitment and personnel selection tasks. The HAIBUJOBS platform has been developed to offer jobs to candidates searching online and to generate more candidate traffic to companies that publish their vacancies.
Through HAIBUHR.COM and HAIBUJOBS.COM, Haibu, S.A.P.I. de C.V., the group to which HAIBUHR belongs, can provide you with socioeconomic studies, labor reports, integrity profiles, and psychometric tests by signing a contract. In these cases, the information shared between both websites is accessible only to those working on the services. Psychometric tests are conducted through a Haibu, S.A.P.I. de C.V. provider.
SOFTWARE LICENSE
1.- By using the system, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this agreement, which constitutes a document between you, the user (candidate), and Haibu, S.A.P.I. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as "USER" and "HAIBUHR" respectively).
2.- HAIBUHR and HAIBUJOBS do not sell any of their SOFTWARE rights, but rather grant the right to use it through a monthly subscription per USER, who has access with their own email address. HAIBUHR and HAIBUJOBS specifically reserve ownership of all software included on this portal.
3.- Copying the SOFTWARE without authorization is expressly prohibited, even if it has been modified, merged with, or included in other software. You may be held legally responsible for any copyright infringement caused or encouraged by your failure to comply with the terms of this License.
4.- As a USER, you may not modify, translate, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on this material without prior written consent from HAIBUHR and HAIBUJOBS.
5.- Payment for the right to use HAIBUHR includes technical advice on platform use via email, available Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mexico Central Time. HAIBUJOBS is a free service.
6.- As a user of this SOFTWARE, it is granted exclusively to you and cannot be transferred to anyone else without prior written consent from HAIBUHR. Any user of the SOFTWARE will be bound by the terms and conditions of this License and this Limited Warranty. Except as expressly stated herein, the SOFTWARE cannot be transferred, assigned, rented, leased, or sold, nor may it be disposed of in any other way, either temporarily or permanently.
7.- Access to HAIBUHR will be available to users registered by the company, as long as the monthly subscription is renewed, which must be paid in advance. If you wish not to renew the subscription of any or all users in the next monthly period, it is necessary to send an email to contacto@haibuhr.com informing them; this way, the cancellation will be made, and access will be maintained for the remaining time of the already paid subscription.
8.- From time to time, HAIBUHR may create updated versions of the SOFTWARE, which, at its discretion, may be made available to the user.
9.- HAIBUHR is responsible for the proper functioning of the SOFTWARE; each USER is responsible for the proper use of it, and in no way will HAIBUHR be responsible for its misuse.
10.- HAIBUHR guarantees the USER that the SOFTWARE will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year; however, in case of fortuitous failure due to reasons beyond HAIBUHRs control for more than 60 minutes, it commits to making up for the lost time by extending access for a time equal to the time the USER was unable to access the SOFTWARE. Under no circumstances will a full or partial refund of the amount paid by the USER be issued.
11.- Once the subscription period for all USERS of the SOFTWARE expires, the CLIENTs information and all its records will be retained for six months. After that time, they will be permanently deleted from our databases without any liability to HAIBUHR.
12.- This software is available to function using personal computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices.
13.- If you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, DO NOT USE THE SYSTEM to obtain a full refund. If you have any questions regarding this membership, please contact HAIBUHR in writing to our distribution channel at the following address:
